Welcome to Kegel King, an innovative mobile application developed by Life Improvement Labs, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kegel King app ("App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Kegel King is designed to provide users with exercise routines and educational content focused on pelvic floor muscle training, commonly known as Kegel exercises. The App is intended for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

3.1. Kegel King offers its services on a subscription basis. This includes automatic renewals at the end of each subscription period.

3.2. To avoid charges for a new subscription period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

3.3. Subscriptions and free trials not affirmatively canceled are automatically renewed and billed.

4.1. Information about the range of subscription options and their costs are detailed in the Billing Terms, accessible via the App.

4.2. We may change subscription fees, with reasonable notice to users through the App or email notifications.

Users must be 18 years of age or older to access the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Registration may be required to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

6.1. Kegel King is not a substitute for professional healthcare services and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6.2. Consult with your physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or health program.

You are responsible for using the App in a respectful and lawful manner. Misuse of the App, including engaging in illegal activities, harassment, or spreading harmful or offensive content, is strictly prohibited.

All content and features of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Life Improvement Labs, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the App without express written permission from the Company.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.1. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and confirm that you are not under the age of 13.

10.2. You will not use the Service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or these Terms at any time with or without notice. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Limitation of Liability for User Injury

16.1. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that your decision to engage in any exercise program or activity promoted by the Kegel King app involves a risk of injury. By using the app, you accept and assume the risk of any and all injury, damage, or loss that you may sustain as a result.

16.2. Waiver of Claims: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any and all claims or actions against Life Improvement Labs, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, arising out of injuries, damages, or losses sustained in connection with the use of the Kegel King app or its exercise programs.

16.3. Limitation of Liability: Life Improvement Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, physical injuries, health issues, or other damages arising from your use of the Kegel King app.

16.4. Consultation with Healthcare Professional: We strongly advise you to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have any existing health concerns or conditions. The Kegel King app is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

16.5. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit to undertake any exercise program or routines provided by the Kegel King app. You should discontinue any exercise that causes you pain, discomfort, nausea, dizziness, or shortness of breath, and consult a medical expert.

16.6. No Warranties on Results: Life Improvement Labs, LLC makes no warranties or representations regarding the results to be achieved from the Kegel King app, including any improvements in your physical fitness, pelvic floor health, or overall well-being.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Improvement Labs, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App.

These Terms and your use of the App are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

18.1. By using the Service, you agree to electronic communications and acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

19.1. No waiver of any terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver.

19.2. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.
